Ozone Systems

For more than a century, ozone (O₃) has been considered one of the most powerful, environmentally friendly cleaning agents in nature. It has been used as a powerful organic disinfectant and sanitizer since the early 1900s for myriad disinfecting purposes in homes and businesses in water treatment, food sterilization and pest control for its anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial properties. Ozone is 50 times more effective at disinfection compared to chlorine, the most popular disinfectant, and the effects of its action are evident 3,000 times faster. It effectively sanitizes items by destroying harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi, allergens, and other pathogens. Ozone is environmentally friendly as it rapidly oxidizes pathogens, before safely reverting back to oxygen (O₂).

Ozone is recognized as an efficient disinfecting and sanitizing agent by both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
